Disaster recovery project : disaster surveillance data collection subcomponent

PES, consisting of a facesheet, covers the period 3/84-1/85 and is based on attached special evaluation (XD-AAS-571-A), one of two submitted separately by the designers of the data surveillance system. The attached evaluation indicates that the data subproject requires someone with greater expertise and more time to perform the data processing tasks. A simpler, less expensive data collection system is recommended - one sustainable by the Government of Bolivia (GOB). In accordance with this recommendation, the data collection system was modified and transferred to the GOB in FY 1985.
