Abstract
The activity is funded by USAID's Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) Center. The primary objective of DRG-LER is to provide technical assistance and support to USAID's DRG programs, with a focus on learning, evaluation, and research. The activity is divided into several taskings, each with a specific objective and scope. Tasking N001 focuses on basic management functions, including project management, financial management, and human resources management. Tasking N002 involves the performance evaluation of the USAID/Paraguay Democracy and Governance (DG) Project, which includes a baseline study, midterm evaluation, and final performance evaluation. Tasking N003 involves the Displaced Children and Orphans Fund (DCOF) in Moldova and Burundi, with a focus on impact evaluation and performance monitoring. Tasking N007 is the Legal Enabling Environment Project (LEEP) II, which aims to improve the legal framework for business and investment in target countries. Tasking N015 is the Georgia Civic Education Initiative – Impact Evaluation Support, which involves the design and implementation of an impact evaluation study. The activity also includes several other taskings, such as the Impact Evaluation of USAID/Peru's Anti-Corruption Project, the Impact Evaluation of USAID/Paraguay's Inclusive Value Chains Project, and the Performance Evaluation of CEPPS III LWA Objective 10. Additionally, the activity involves the design and implementation of impact evaluations for various USAID programs, including those in Cambodia, Nepal, and Zambia.
