Abstract
The plan is implemented through the coordination of several committees, each with specific responsibilities. The Warning Committee is responsible for disseminating warning information to remote areas of the village. Upon hearing the evacuation signal, the committee organizes a team to organize and coordinate with government agencies, including the police, Army, and Tambor. The team also observes sea conditions and maintains contact with the village headman. The Evacuation Committee is responsible for the actual evacuation of village members. Upon hearing the evacuation signal, the committee gathers village members at the village headman's house or designated area. The committee then coordinates the evacuation of village members to the shelter site, ensuring that all members are accounted for and that those who require assistance are provided with assistance. The Rescue Committee is responsible for searching for and rescuing village members who may have been left behind during the evacuation. Upon hearing the evacuation signal, the committee prepares and organizes rescue equipment and coordinates with government agencies to set up rescue teams. The teams include a search team, a rescue team, and a transportation team. The Evacuation Shelter Committee is responsible for preparing the shelter site. Upon hearing the evacuation signal, the committee delegates tasks to various teams, including the Shelter Site Preparation Team, the Equipment and Supply Preparation Team, and the Restroom Facilities Team. The teams prepare the shelter site, including setting up cooking utensils, sleeping facilities, and medical facilities. The Medical Committee is responsible for providing medical assistance to village members during the evacuation. Upon hearing the evacuation signal, the committee meets at the community health center and prepares medical supplies and equipment. The committee then transports medical supplies to the evacuation site and sets up a medical station to provide medical first-response assistance. The Recovery Team is responsible for assessing the damage caused by the emergency. Upon hearing the evacuation signal, the committee gathers at the evacuation shelter site and begins to assess the damage to the village. The team works with the village head, Tambor, and the district office to determine the extent of the damage and to estimate losses. The Public Relations Committee is responsible for disseminating information to village members during the evacuation. Upon hearing the evacuation signal, the committee meets at a designated area and announces instructions and recommendations to village members. The committee provides information to prevent hysteria and ensures that village members understand the evacuation plan and the assistance available to them. The evacuation plan is designed to ensure the safe and orderly departure of village members in the event of an emergency. The plan is implemented through the coordination of several committees, each with specific responsibilities. The committees work together to ensure that village members are evacuated safely and that those who require assistance are provided with assistance.
