Abstract
The project will assist in the following areas: (1) institutional strengthening; (2) application and transfer of existing and emerging technologies; (3) improving the impact of food aid-related forestry and natural resource activities; (4) enhancing communication among public and private agencies involved in forestry; (5) supporting commercial forestry activities; and (6) facilitating donor collaboration. The U.S. Forest Service and the Peace Corps will be the implementing agencies.
