Abstract
The program is implemented by Deloitte Consulting LLP under Task Order No. 720-674-19-F-00008. The quarterly progress report for the period from October 1, 2020, to December 30, 2020, highlights the program's activities and achievements during this period. The report emphasizes the program's support for the policy framework for Distributed Energy Resources (DER). WAEP worked closely with the Energy Commission of Ghana to develop a policy framework for DER, which is expected to promote the development of renewable energy sources and improve energy access in the country. The program also provided technical assistance to the Energy Commission to help them navigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on their operations.
