The Forsah Technical and Vocational Education and Training Activity, also known as Forsah TVET, is a five-year program implemented by the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX) and its consortium partners.

Abstract
The program aims to support technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza to better prepare Palestinian graduates for the labor market and to productively engage in local and regional economies. The program has several goals and objectives, including enhancing the capacity of TVET institutions to respond to the needs of the private sector, creating partnerships between TVETs, private sector firms, and youth in specific sectors, and increasing enrollment in TVET programs. The program also seeks to improve the relevance of technical and vocational education programs, increase opportunities for youth and women in social and economic development, and promote female empowerment. IREX and its partners have made significant progress in achieving the program's objectives. The program has supported the development of 16 new or modernized training programs, with approximately 2,230 students enrolled, of which 45% are female and 10% are persons with disabilities. The program has also established partnerships between TVET institutions and private sector firms, enabling them to respond to workforce demand and the effects of climate change. The program has also made significant progress in improving the capacity of TVET institutions to respond to the needs of the private sector. The program has provided technical assistance to TVET institutions, enabling them to develop and implement market-driven training programs. The program has also established a network of TVET institutions, enabling them to share best practices and collaborate on training programs. In addition, the program has made significant progress in increasing enrollment in TVET programs. The program has provided incentives to students to enroll in TVET programs, including scholarships and job placement assistance. The program has also established partnerships with private sector firms, enabling them to provide job placement assistance to TVET graduates.
