Abstract
The program's objectives were to develop the workforce, enabling participants to join the labor market, and to contribute to fulfilling the participants' wishes, as stated in the grant application. The program's objectives were to select students who seek technical and vocational education and training, possess the ability to communicate, participate in a team, and engage in community service through a public service project. The program also aimed to develop the skills and abilities of participants to enter the labor market, prepare them for an internship in institutions, and enable them to participate in the official exam. The program's implementation focused on providing financial assistance to 10 students, who completed the required subjects in accounting and informatics majors. The students also completed community service courses and submitted a service project at the Ma'eda Al-Mahabah restaurant in Tripoli. The students participated in preparing and serving meals for the poor and the elderly, bringing joy to their hearts. During the period between the official exam and the release of the results, the 10 students underwent training courses in soft skills and computer literacy. The attendance of students during this period was 100%, and they participated in the internship program, relying on the skills they acquired during the training courses. The students displayed good manners, attendance, a vigilant conscience, and the acquisition of new skills and techniques. The program's success was achieved despite the severe health conditions resulting from the Corona pandemic and the resort to distance learning. The program's goals were met, and all the activities prescribed in the agreement program were completed. A modification was made after a student failed at the official exam and did not continue the internship and receive the last stipend. The challenges faced by the program included implementing activities in a fragile and poor area characterized by extreme poverty, instability, insecurity, weak control of corruption, and corruption. The Corona pandemic and the resort to distance learning also posed a significant challenge. Recommendations were made to delay the payment of the last two stipends until the students achieve their internship and to achieve the sustainability of the program by subsidizing the students' TS program. The program's success stories include testimonials from students who benefited from the program. The testimonials demonstrate the impact of the program on the students' lives and changed their views on a subject. The program's success also includes photographs of students participating in the program, which demonstrate the program's activities and impact.
