Abstract

(SSI) to strengthen its programming and administrative capacity to implement an expanded development assistance program. The grant will also fund field tests of three nonformal training projects (training will be provided in agricultural skills in Bolivia and vocational skills in Lesotho and Bolivia); each project will train 240 persons, and provide them with follow-on support. A report on the "lessons learned" from the projects will be produced and disseminated.
