Abstract
The program is accessible through the internet or an intranet, depending on the user's preference. Users can access the program through a terminal access point in a customer service center, for example. The default URL for accessing GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS is http://localhost:8080/lrswa/. If GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS is configured, users must log in to access the program. The current login name appears in the top right corner of the GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS site. To log in as a different user, click the Exit button. Note: After a certain period of inactivity, the user's session will expire. This is due to security reasons and to increase the overall speed of the GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS site. If the user leaves the page and/or navigates to other pages, they must log in again and/or create a new session. To determine the time for this session, the parameter <session-timeout> is set in the configuration file ...\[LRSAS]\server\default\deploy\lwa.war\WEB-INF\web.xml. The value is measured in minutes. The default user settings for GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS are compatible with the following: 1. Toolbar: The toolbar includes Help, About, and Exit buttons, along with the current login name on the GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS site. To access the online help, click the Help button. The online help provides instructions for installing GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS and explains the basic principles and guidelines for using the program. 2. Main buttons on the GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS site: The main buttons are located on the GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS site and are used for searching and working with search results. The search function allows users to select what they want to search for, and the search results display the relevant records. The Details button displays the details for the selected item (party, property, or transaction details), and the Digital Documents button allows users to view the images that make up a digital document that was found during the search. GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS offers various search types: transaction, property, party, and document. The search fields are displayed in a way that is suitable for the type of search being performed. Users can work with GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS in various ways, depending on their role and responsibilities. This includes: * Using buttons and hyperlinks to navigate * Using buttons to apply different actions * Leaving fields blank or following lists to enter data * Mandatory items are marked with a red asterisk * After a certain period of inactivity, the user's session will expire, and they must log in again GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS is compatible with Internet Explorer 9.0 or later, which provides ActiveX controls. Searching the Register Users can search for registered transactions or pending transactions, view their details, and view information about the applicant, party, property, and supporting documents and documents generated. Each applicant is a person, an organization representative, or an attorney who submits documents on behalf of a client (party) for registration. Parties are individuals or companies (natural or legal persons) whose rights are registered. Properties are legal rights to land or property other than those held by others; property rights are titles to land, buildings, apartments, or other registered property. Supporting documents are generated during the processing of the application, such as a request form, a written recommendation, or a mortgage agreement. Working with Search Results Search results are displayed in the Search Results Data section. Users can sort the records by clicking on the title of each column. The sorted columns are marked with a green arrow pointing up or down, depending on the sort order. To reverse the sort order, click on the title of the column again. Clicking on a found record opens the details of that record. For example, if a user searches for a transaction by its number and then clicks on the search result, the details of the found transaction are displayed. Viewing Digital Documents To view digital documents, click on the Document Number below the Digital Documents button. The browser used by GRM REGISTRY WEB ACCESS will use the image viewer plug-in to display the images, or it will inform the user to complete this task, following the instructions on the page. Depending on the browser used, the images will be displayed in the following ways: * If the user is using Mozilla Firefox, Firefox will recommend that the image be downloaded (either by opening or saving it), and the scanned document will be displayed in the default image viewer (for example, Microsoft Fax and Imager Viewer or Paintbrush). * If the user is using Microsoft Internet Explorer, the ImageViewer ActiveX control is used, and the image will be displayed directly in Internet Explorer below the Digital Documents button.
