Abstract
The Staff Care (SCC) unit provides support for employees' mental and physical well-being. The Human Resources Services Center (HSSC) offers a range of services, including recruitment, employee relations, and labor relations, to support the Department's workforce. The Center for Professional Development (CPD) is responsible for providing training and development opportunities to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. The Overseas Human Capital Initiatives (OHI) unit focuses on supporting the Department's overseas workforce, including recruitment, assignment, and career development. The Communications and Engagement (CE) unit promotes the Department's brand and engages with stakeholders through various channels. The Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) unit handles employee grievances, labor relations, and collective bargaining, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
