The program aimed to enhance the authority's capacity in planning and budgeting. The second product of the program involved providing technical assistance for the preparation of an additional demand document for 2022. This included identifying tasks and activities necessary for the document's completion. The assistance was provided in coordination with the Planning and Budget Unit of the Regional Government of Madre de Dios, as well as the Regional Planning, Budget, and Territorial Conditioning Office, and the Sub-Office of Budget and Logistics. Key activities included brininging technical assistance for the elaboration of the demand document, identifying tasks, and verifying the completion of these tasks. The program's activities were carried out in accordance with the terms of reference and the plan of work. The technical assistance was provided by Lic. Yudith Caballero Palomino, a consultant in planning and budgeting at the GRFFS of the GOREMAD. The program's activities were verified through the submission of documents, including the demand document and a receipt for honorariums. The program's success was dependent on the coordination and collaboration of various stakeholders, including the Regional Government of Madre de Dios and the US Forest Service. The program's goal was to strengthen the capacity of the Forestry Authority of the Regional Government of Madre de Dios in planning and budgeting, ultimately contributing to the sustainable management of forest resources in the region. The program's activities were carried out in accordance with the terms of reference and the plan of work, and the technical assistance was provided by a consultant with expertise in planning and budgeting.
