Instructions for Logging in to the Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC)

To log in to the DEC, users can follow these steps. The DEC website is located at https://dec.usaid.gov/. Upon visiting the website, users should click the "Sign In" link in the upper right corner, just below the menu. A new page will load, and users will be prompted to select their authentication method. USAID staff members with a USAID.gov email account should select "I am with USAID" to authenticate through Single Sign On. This will allow them to access the DEC platform with their USAID credentials. Non-USAID staff members can select the "Login" option to access the DEC. They will be required to enter their registered email address and password. If they have forgotten their password, they can click the "Reset Password" tab to reset it. Once successfully logged in, users will see two new links: "Infocart" and their first name next to the "Contact" link. The DEC platform provides users with access to a range of development experience resources, including project information, evaluation reports, and data visualizations. By logging in to the DEC, users can navigate the platform and access the resources they need to support their work.
