Abstract
This process involves generating a printed report to be delivered to the producer for monitoring over time. The Comité de Comunicación de Toma de Decisiones uses the tablero de control, a web application within ArcGIS Enterprise, to generate reports. The tablero de control is a configurable application that allows users to visualize and analyze geolocated data, combining it with descriptive statistics to facilitate decision-making. The tablero de control is designed to provide key information about deforestation data on a single screen. It can be operated by users without programming experience and does not require knowledge of geographic information systems. The tablero de control is integrated directly with the ArcGIS model of SILVA-CRAS, so data is automatically updated. The visual representation of the tablero de control is designed using the operations dashboard tool within the ArcGIS platform. The data used to validate deforestation alerts, as well as their descriptive statistics and associated data, are provided by the internal database developed for the SILVA-CRAS system, which is integrated with the ArcGIS PRO platform. The tablero de control is accessed by entering the URL https://silvacras.org/arcgis/apps/sites/#/hub and entering the user's data and key. Once access is granted, the user selects the "Comité de Seguimiento" tablero de control. The tablero de control "Comité de Seguimiento" presents a graphical interface composed of 7 different elements: 1) Barra de encabezado, 2) herramienta de opciones, 3) Interfase gráfica, 4) información básica del predio, 5) información básica del acuerdo de conservación, 6) Interfase gráfica donde muestra la ubicación del predio, and 7) Esquema gráfico that allows the deployment of information about the spaces of use of the property. The elements of the tablero de control are interactive, meaning they are associated interactively with each other. When a search or filter is performed on a specific variable (e.g., predio, municipality), this can trigger a response in the other elements of the interface of the tablero de control, making it possible to visualize the web map, graphs, and indicators associated with the selected filter. The tablero de control "Comité de Seguimiento" is composed of 7 elements, each with a specific function. The first element is the Encabezado, which refers to the name of the tablero de control being displayed. The second element is the Filtros, which allows users to visualize information according to a specific search parameter, updating the information on the tablero de control. The third element is the Mapa, which displays the graphical interface of each of the selected properties for analysis, once the filters have been applied, associating the related information with the property. The fourth element is the Predio, which provides basic information about the property linked to the geographic database of the C&G Program of Patrimonio Natural. The fifth element is the Información acuerdos, which is divided into 4 operational panels: Identificación del acuerdo, Área, Fecha de inicio, Fecha final, and Estado del Acuerdo. The sixth element is the Ubicación del predio, which provides geographical information about the location of the property.
