Abstract
The credit supplement aims to reinforce existing allocations in the current budget law. The credit supplement is allocated to various programs, including the Fortalecimento do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) program, which received R$ 17.514.578.00. This program is focused on strengthening the Unified Health System (SUS) in Brazil. The Piso de Atenção Básica em Saúde (Basic Healthcare Floor) program also received R$ 12.514.578.00, with a focus on providing basic healthcare services nationwide. Additionally, the credit supplement allocated R$ 5.000.000.00 to the Atenção à Saúde da População para Procedimentos em Média e Alta Complexidade (Attention to Population Health for Medium and High-Complexity Procedures) program. This program aims to provide healthcare services for procedures of medium and high complexity. The credit supplement also allocated R$ 57.282.840.00 to the Operações Especiais: Cumprimento de Sentenças Judiciais (Special Operations: Compliance with Judicial Sentences) program. This program is focused on paying off judicial sentences and requisitions of small value. The credit supplement is intended to support the implementation of various health programs and initiatives in Brazil. The funds will be used to reinforce existing allocations and support the development of new programs and services. The credit supplement was authorized by the Minister of Planning, Development and Management, Estevens Pedro Colnago Junior, in accordance with the provisions of the Lei nº 13.587, de 2 de janeiro de 2018, and the Decreto nº 9.276, de 2 de fevereiro de 2018. The credit supplement will come into effect on the date of its publication. The Ministry of Planning, Development and Management also issued another portaria (ordinance) on December 19, 2018, to approve the Rol de Oportunidades de Visitação em Unidades de Conservação (ROVUC) for the Instituto Chico Mendes de Conservação da Biodiversidade (ICMBio). The ROVUC is a tool used to guide the planning of visits to conservation units. The portaria (ordinance) also approved the fluxos and minutas (flows and templates) for the Termos de Parceria (Partnership Agreements) of the ICMBio. The Termos de Parceria are agreements between the ICMBio and other entities to collaborate on conservation and biodiversity projects. The portaria (ordinance) was issued by the President of the ICMBio, Paulo Henrique Marostegan e Carneiro, in accordance with the provisions of the Decreto nº 8.974, de 24 de janeiro de 2017, and the Portaria nº 638/Casa Civil, de 14 de junho de 2018.
