PROJECT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT Between the United States of America, acting through the Agency for International Development (AID) AND through the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (Grantee)

The agreement was amended to modify the project title, project number, and other key components. The original project title, Central American Peace Scholarships, was replaced by Honduran Peace Scholarships. The AID project number 597-0002 was substituted with 522-0329. The amount of the AID grant was revised to $14,150,000, replacing the original amount. The additional funding provided through this amendment totals $4,700,000. The Project Assistance Completion Date (PACD) was extended by five years and eleven months, from December 31, 1987, to November 30, 1993. All other items, activities, and provisions of the original agreement remain unchanged. The amendment was signed by Carl H. Leonard, Acting Mission Director, on May 1.
