Abstract
The program's timeframes were divided into three phases: planning and implementation (2018-2020), midterm evaluation (2020-2021), and final evaluation (2021-2022). Recommendations from the midterm evaluation included scaling up the program to reach more farmers, increasing the availability of irrigation equipment, and providing additional training on market access and entrepreneurship. The initiative's success was attributed to the collaborative efforts of local government, NGOs, and community leaders, as well as the active participation of farmers and their families. The initiative's focus on sustainable agriculture practices and market access interventions helped to improve crop yields and reduce poverty among rural households.
