Abstract
The program aimed to equip trainers with the necessary skills to facilitate effective training sessions. Key facilitation tips provided include breaking the ice to establish a comfortable atmosphere, promoting interaction among participants, and planning dynamic meetings. Activities such as reactivation, recreation, and evaluation are also emphasized to ensure a productive and engaging experience. The importance of flexibility, positive attitude, and collaboration is stressed, along with the use of assertive, respectful, and motivating communication styles. The program also highlights the significance of utilizing technological resources, promoting constructivist methodology, and encouraging meaningful learning. Trainers are advised to establish common goals, provide clear instructions, and maintain motivation throughout the training process. Additionally, innovation and consideration for the environment are encouraged, as well as the promotion of just and equitable power relationships. To ensure effective facilitation, trainers are recommended to seek expert advice, participate in training sessions as receivers of information, and analyze what works and what does not. Establishing a medium for resolving doubts and avoiding authoritarian behavior are also crucial aspects of the program. Furthermore, trainers are advised to adapt processes to short timeframes, practice beforehand, and consider the personalities of participants.
