Site Layout, Grading, and Utilities Contract Addendum 1 for Sardar Girl's High School

The contract is between Tetra Tech and the school administration, with the primary objective of upgrading the school's facilities and utilities. The work also includes the installation of reinforced concrete sewer manholes, with a total quantity of 9 manholes to be installed. The leach field work includes the installation of distribution boxes, pipes, fittings, geotextile fabric, and infiltration base, with a total quantity of 1 unit to be installed. The water piping, wells, and water storage tank work includes the installation of a 65 m3 potable water tank, water piping to serve the water tank, well construction, well pump and controls, and well pump security enclosure. The work also includes the installation of a chlorine disinfection system, with a total quantity of 1 unit to be installed. The water service connections work includes the installation of gate valves, valve boxes, and connecting to existing stub-outs, with a total quantity of 9 connections to be installed.
