Tarqui cooperative and community development

Evaluation consists of a PES facesheet covering the period 4/79-3/81 and is attached to a progress report by the contractor, Overseas Education Fund (XD-AAJ-231-A). Facesheet recommends that the cooperative established through this project: (1) increase and improve information and publicity to the community; (2) increase the use of resources of SEGESVOL, "Secretariado General de Servicio Voluntario": (3) have the project audited independently after its completion; (4) study available skills and available market and design training courses as appropriate; and (5) pursue Government of Ecuador committments to skills and day care centers.
