Abstract
The effectiveness of financing and management in schools of Chui oblast was analyzed in an analytical paper from 2009-2011. The paper was conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyz Republic. The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of financing and management in schools of Chui oblast and identify areas for improvement. The study found that the current system of financing and management in schools of Chui oblast was not effective in improving the quality of education. The study identified several challenges, including inadequate funding, inefficient use of resources, and lack of transparency in financial management. The study recommended several measures to improve the effectiveness of financing and management in schools of Chui oblast. These included increasing funding for education, improving the efficiency of resource allocation, and enhancing transparency in financial management. The study also identified several areas for further research, including the impact of financing and management on student outcomes, the effectiveness of different financing models, and the role of community involvement in school management. The study concluded that the current system of financing and management in schools of Chui oblast needed to be reformed to improve the quality of education. The study recommended that the Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyz Republic should take a more active role in overseeing the financing and management of schools, and that schools should be given more autonomy to manage their own finances. The study also recommended that the government should increase funding for education, and that schools should be encouraged to develop their own financing plans. The study concluded that with the right financing and management systems in place, schools in Chui oblast could provide high-quality education to all students.
