Abstract
Migrants arriving in Peru frequently face substantial barriers to earning income or accessing services, with 87.6% of the Venezuelan population requiring support to cover their basic needs. The project's EFSP II program helps to cover basic needs, as well as other needs of the vulnerable Venezuelan migrant. The third post-distribution monitoring (PDM) report focuses on the effect of the third cash transfer aimed at new participants, considering working conditions, housing, gender, levels of satisfaction regarding the one-time cash transfer, and the project by the target participants. The report aims to provide information on the use of the third cash transfers by the participating population, participant satisfaction, and knowledge and procedure of the communication channels by the participating population. The PDM survey was applied in the three project intervention areas: Lima, La Libertad, and Tumbes, using a virtual survey aimed at Venezuelan migrants and focused on the main indicators for cash transfer. The sampling framework is based on the database of participants of the EFSP II cash transfer program implemented by World Vision Peru and CARE Peru, with a total of 3,149 surveys obtained after cleaning the data.
