The project focuses on three main tasks: increasing low-emission land use, strengthening biodiversity conservation, and increasing the resilience of vulnerable communities. Task 1: Increasing Low-Emission Land Use The project has made significant progress in increasing low-emission land use. In Quarter 2, FY19, 2,500 farmers received training in sustainable agriculture techniques, resulting in a 60% increase in crop yields in demonstration plots. The project has also established 15 community-managed forest areas, covering over 1,000 hectares of land.
