Abstract
The CLAIM IDIQ contract provides services to support collaboration, learning, and adaptation, including project design and implementation support, evaluations, and assessments. The IDIQ contract has eight work orders (WOs) for Year 2, with five continued from Year 1 and three new WOs. The WOs include Inclusive Development Assessment for CDCS, HO COVID-19 Response Analysis, Support to PMU Final Performance Evaluation, Greening the Grid (GtG) Project Final Performance Evaluation, and CDCS Performance and CLA Plan. Panagora Group, the implementing partner, has organized its management resources to ensure timely implementation and high-quality deliverables. The team has established protocols for effective communication and coordination between home office management, WO teams, and Grant Thornton Bharat LLC (GTB). Grant Thornton Bharat LLC continues to provide local expertise and support for logistics, contracting, and managing consultants. The team has implemented daily and weekly coordination protocols, including weekly check-in calls with GTB and USAID, to ensure no details are missed and timelines are met. The IDIQ Director and the AMT staff hold weekly check-in calls with team leaders to discuss questions, progress, and problem-solve. The team also uses this opportunity to inform team leaders of scope of work changes and timeline updates. The quarterly report documents the activities and progress of the IDIQ contract from January to March 2021.
