USAID/India Collaborating, Learning and Adapting in India (CLAIM) IDIQ Contract No. 72038619D0001; TO NO 2038620F00003; Quarterly Progress Report Fiscal Year 2021 – Quarter 2 - January - March 2021

The CLAIM IDIQ contract provides services to support collaboration, learning, and adaptation, including project design and implementation support, evaluations, and assessments. Panagora Group, the implementing partner, has organized its management resources to ensure timely implementation and high-quality deliverables. The team has established protocols for effective communication and coordination between home office management, WO teams, and Grant Thornton Bharat LLC (GTB). Grant Thornton Bharat LLC continues to provide local expertise and support for logistics, contracting, and managing consultants. The team has implemented daily and weekly coordination protocols, including weekly check-in calls with GTB and USAID, to ensure no details are missed and timelines are met. The IDIQ Director and the AMT staff hold weekly check-in calls with team leaders to discuss questions, progress, and problem-solve. The team also uses this opportunity to inform team leaders of scope of work changes and timeline updates.
