Abstract
The program aims to support the development of the legal profession, enhance the legal operating environment for non-governmental and non-profit organizations, and improve the country's ranking in international reports and indicators. The LRP is implemented by Tetra Tech DPK under a contract with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
