School infrastructure development is another key area of focus, with a focus on renovating and constructing new school buildings, improving sanitation and hygiene facilities, and enhancing access to technology. This approach aims to build ownership and accountability among stakeholders, ultimately leading to improved education outcomes. The ABC+ program has made significant progress in its first four years, with notable improvements in student learning outcomes, teacher effectiveness, and community engagement. Mid-term evaluation results show that student achievement in reading and mathematics has increased by 20% and 15%, respectively, compared to baseline levels. Teacher effectiveness has also improved, with 80% of teachers reporting increased confidence in their instructional abilities. Community engagement has been strong, with 90% of parents and community members reporting increased involvement in school activities.
