Implement Phase 2 of the Organizational Development project with subcontractors Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and EMZ Advisory. Phase 2 is to activate culture through design of new team structures, new ways of working, and optimized processes. Duration: February to November 2021. Q3 Activities | Deliverables: Defined target culture and behaviors, optimized process flow for three processes, including RACI, individual leadership development to support USAID's journey. | Report with recommendations. Materials and facilitation for 5-8 "strategic workshops." | Reports, outputs, and recommendations from each workshop. Duration: September 2021 to August 2022. Finalize data collection and submit preliminary results to USAID's C&T team for recommendations. | Documentation of study preliminary results.
