Abstract
The process is guided by youth, designed to enhance their agency, self-efficacy, and initiative programming. The assessment is conducted through two types of surveys: an institutional mapping survey and a community mapping survey. The institutional mapping survey is used to inquire about the institution's services, resources, and challenges, while the community mapping survey is used to investigate the challenges, barriers, quality, and quality of services in the community.
