Verification of Project Works Completed

The plant was inspected in May 2012 by Ghulam Abbas, a Senior Energy Expert, as part of the USAID Energy Policy Program. The purpose of the inspection was to verify that the equipment received by the plant was in accordance with the specifications outlined in Project Implementation Letter number 1, Activity Agreement Number 391-006-AA-MUZ-2012-00.
