Abstract
Evaluation consists of a PES facesheet attached to a final evaluation (XD-AAW-990-A). Seven action decisions are listed. (1) Provide management training to the Project Manager and training in basic accounting to the Project Accountant. (2) Determine whether the Beekeeping Division (of the Department of Forestry of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources) is setting aside 20% of every Kwacha in a separate account to repay the Africare loan. (3) Determine if the market analysis needed to determine the project"s ability to become self-sustaining has been conducted. (4) Review the adequacy of quarterly inventories. (5) Conduct a cost-analysis of the operation of the plant in Kaoma. (6) Review training of trainers. (7) Re-examine the project"s qualitative and quantitative aspects after 1 year of operation.
