Women"s organization and participation

The project, which targets agriculture, private enterprise, education, natural resources and the environment, democracy, and AIDS issues, will fund: (1) training and TA to strengthen skills to address gender issues in the design, evaluation, and implementation of projects and programs, including training of trainers; (2) applied research to collect and analyze data regarding gender issues; and (3) dissemination of the results of the above activities to all USAID staff, the international donor community, and organizations in developing countries. Project funds will be spent only in cost-sharing arrangements.
