Abstract
The survey aimed to gather information on education in Nigeria, with a focus on household members, their age, and educational level. The survey was conducted in March 2015, and the questionnaire was designed to collect data on various aspects of education, including household consent and background information, household members, their relationship to the head of the household, and their educational status. The survey began with a consent form, where the head of the household was asked to provide informed consent for the household to participate in the study. The head of the household was then asked about the presence of household members aged 4 to 16 years. If the household had no members in this age group, the survey proceeded to the next section. The survey collected information on household members, including their name, relationship to the head of the household, sex, age, and educational status. The survey also collected data on the head of the household, including their sex, age, and educational status. The survey used a skip pattern to collect data on household members, with some questions being asked only if the household member was a head of household or a wife or husband. The survey collected data on the educational status of household members, including their highest class completed, attendance in school, and current marital status. The survey also collected data on the educational status of household members during the 2014-2015 school year, including the level and class they were attending. The survey used a list of options to collect data on the educational status of household members, with some options being "yes" or "no" and others being specific classes or levels.
