Abstract

Funds will be used for the following specific purposes: research projects; court monitoring to chronicle human rights abuses in South Africa; a conference to discuss issues related to KwaNdbele, a "homeland" slated to become an "independent state;" and the immediate material needs, medical and psychotherapy fees, litigation fees of detainees and political prisoners and their dependents; and office/personnel support.
