Abstract
ARS will assist FCV in selecting, monitoring, and evaluating activities funded through the following programs: (1) Development Education/Advisory Committee for Voluntary Foreign Assistance (ACVFA); (2) Private Freight/Commodity Transport; (3) Matching Grant; (4) Cooperative Development; and (5) Child Survival. ARS technical and administrative staff and expert consultants will: provide administrative support; organize conferences, meetings, and workshops; conduct technical reviews; undertake strategic planning studies; and perform program evaluations.
