AID cooperative agreement no. EUR-0032-A-00-1037-00 with Operation Blessing International Relief and Development Corporation in support of a two year program under the private voluntary organization (PVO) humanitarian/development initiatives project

The grant will enable Operation Blessing to: (1) provide equipment to Timosora District to test the water quality of existing and new wells; (2) drill a well in Masloc and help villagers install a water distribution system; (3) drill an additional 39 wells at locations to be determined; (4) install 200 demonstration drip irrigation systems to be made available to small farmers, orphanages, etc; and (5) provide management, leadership, and technical training to Romanian counterparts.
