Grant is provided under the Private Sector Humanitarian Initiatives Project in Eastern Europe to the Polish American Congress Charitable Foundation, Inc., to upgrade and renovate rehabilitation centers and homes for disabled children and adults (including the elderly) in Poland.

Abstract
The Foundation will also provide equipment and medicine for the facilities and will develop and distribute literature on the needs of the disabled to staff, families, and the general public.
