Grant is provided under the OPG-Population NGO"s Project (4920442) to the Population Center Foundation, a private institution in the Philippines, to support three multipurpose youth centers in Baguio, Cebu, and Manila which provide sex education and life planning counseling to adolescents and young adults aged 15-24.

Abstract
The centers" services include values education, personality development, career planning, nutrition and substance abuse education, medical and health services, and recreational activities. The project will also provide the centers with the lead time they need to begin implementing a five-year institutionalization program.
