Abstract
The program will have three priorities: development of technical ecological norms to control global climate change and selected environmental contamination problems; TA and training to promote municipal and community-level environmental planning, impact assessment, and management; and a technical workshop to develop a research agenda and methodologies relating to global climate change in tropical Mexico. The grant will also finance training and TA supportive of A.I.D."s global climate change program in Mexico.
