Abstract
(1) Training (a workshop and a formal course) in civil and criminal procedures will be provided at the University of the South Pacific"s Kiribati Extension Centre for magistrates, court clerks, and interested law enforcement officers. (2) Faculty of Law of the University of Papua New Guinea will conduct an outreach program, consisting of short courses in the practical aspects of law and legal administration, for personnel from the more remote areas of Papua New Guinea and other South Pacific nations.
