Abstract
The report serves as a comprehensive document detailing the accomplishments and progress of awardees under the Food for Peace program. Awardees are required to complete the Annual Results Report completeness checklist to ensure all applicable components are included in the submission. If an awardee is not submitting a particular component, as detailed in Section IV of the ARR guidance, they must explain why the component is not applicable to the ARR in the completeness checklist. This checklist is a crucial tool for ensuring that all necessary information is provided. The Annual Results Report consists of several key components, including a cover letter template, introduction, success stories, indicator performance tracking table, detailed implementation plan, and standardized annual performance questionnaire. Additionally, awardees must submit a tracking table for beneficiaries and resources, resources summary table, and tabular data on MYAPs, development programs, and emergency programs. Monetization of aid commodities is a critical aspect of the Food for Peace program. Although aid commodities for monetization were obligated during the fiscal year being reported, they did not arrive in country until the current fiscal year. As a result, monetization tables, life of activity analysis for monetization proceeds, anticipated monetization proceeds and cost recovery, actual monetization proceeds, and anticipated or actual monetization results are not included in the current report. The report also includes evaluations, such as baseline surveys, mid-term, or final evaluations, which capture anticipated monetization proceeds and cost recovery. These evaluations are typically included in a MYAP proposal or PREP. The report provides a comprehensive overview of the Food for Peace program's progress and accomplishments during Fiscal Year 2011.
