Abstract
The plan outlines training topics and dates for grantees and USAID partners. The training topics include Legal and Organizational Structures, Administration and Human Resources, Project Performance Management, Financial Management, Strategic Planning, Youth Entrepreneurship, and Public Advocacy. The training plan for grantees in FY2016 includes five trainings, each lasting three days. The trainings are scheduled to take place from May to September 2016, with the first training on Legal and Organizational Structures taking place from May 17 to 19. The remaining trainings cover Administration and Human Resources, Project Performance Management, Financial Management, and Strategic Planning. The trainings are intended for organizations with signed grant agreements within the Marginalised Populations Support Activity in BiH (PPMG) program. In addition to the training plan for grantees, the plan also includes training for USAID partners. The Contractor will provide training assistance to BiH non-governmental organizations, including associations, civil society organizations, and community leaders. The training activities will be provided to current USAID local partners and community leaders to enhance their performance and management capacity. The selection of training participants will be a collaborative effort of USAID and the Contractor, with the COR having final approval of the participants for each training course. The training plan for USAID partners in FY2016 includes two trainings, each lasting three days. The trainings are scheduled to take place from November 2015 to April 2016, with the first training on Administration and Human Resources taking place from November 10 to 12. The remaining trainings cover Financial Management, Youth Entrepreneurship, Public Advocacy, Project Performance Management, and Strategic Planning. The trainings will cover a big territory of BiH as possible and will be conducted in collaboration with USAID. The Contractor will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of training programs for both grantees and USAID partners. The training plan is designed to enhance the performance and management capacity of grantees and USAID partners, with a focus on organizational management and internal controls. The plan is expected to contribute to the overall goal of the Marginalised Populations Support Activity in BiH (PPMG) program.
