Abstract
The courses included New Employee Orientation (NEO) and Supervisor Certification Course (SCC). Six NEO deliveries were completed for 117 participants, with an overall average score of 4.38 for fulfillment of course objectives and 4.75 for facilitator ratings. Three SCC deliveries were completed for 65 participants, with an overall average score of 4.13 for fulfillment of course objectives and 4.47 for facilitator ratings. The team continued to implement the 2-day NEO design and the 2-day SCC design. The SCC coaching program was also implemented, with 4 SCC graduates completing the program. The team started planning and implementation of the hybrid Level 3 and 4 evaluation of the January-October 2017 SCC cohorts. The macro design for the HR Specialist course was approved on February 2, and the micro design was started in February. A video for the Harassment Awareness and Prevention Course was created to serve as mandatory e-learning for USAID staff. The team submitted a proposal for the Harassment Awareness and Prevention Course design on February 8 and received approval on February 21. The proposed redesign of the SCC coaching program was also approved on February 14. The USAID Training and Facilitation Services team successfully administered the contract, with no challenges to report. The team's achievements included completing successful NEO and SCC deliveries, implementing the SCC coaching program, and starting planning and implementation of the hybrid Level 3 and 4 evaluation of the January-October 2017 SCC cohorts. The team's evaluation highlights showed overall average scores of 4.38 for fulfillment of course objectives and 4.75 for facilitator ratings for the NEO course.
