Abstract
The project requires the delivery of pre-stressed steel, concrete poles, overall length, and nominal force. The poles are categorized into different types, including 'H' Frame poles, suspension poles, and tension poles, with varying lengths and nominal forces. The 20-kV OHL system consists of aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) cables, with different types of ACSR cables specified for different sections of the line. The secondary transformer section of the project involves the installation of oil-immersed distribution transformers with different capacities, including 25-kVA, 40-kVA, 63-kVA, 100-kVA, 160-kVA, 250-kVA, 400-kVA, 630-kVA, and 1,000-kVA. The transformers are categorized into different types, including Dyn5 50-Hz dual voltage 15-20/0.4-kV. The 400-V OHL to meter boxes section of the project involves the installation of air-bounded conductor (ABC) cables, with different types of ABC cables specified for different sections of the line. The cables are categorized into different types, including C9a, C9, and C9b, with varying diameters and weights. The system also includes meter boxes, including M-002 and M-003, with different types of wiring and accessories. The service laterals and SE disconnects section of the project involves the installation of service disconnects, including 30-A, 1-P metal enclosed circuit breakers, and 30-A, 3-P metal enclosed circuit breakers. The project also requires a total of 48 units of porcelain suspension insulators, 48 units of tension insulator clamps, 45 units of porcelain pin insulators, and 72 meters of guy wire, zinc coated steel, 7x3.65-mm2 (11.0-mmΦ).
