Abstract
PES covers the period 3/79-1/83 and is based on an attached final evaluation (XD-AAP-626-A). The project has ended and no follow-on activity is planned. However the lessons learned in the evaluation have been applied in the design of the Disaster Recovery project, under which CARE is constructing 52 potable water systems in the altiplano.
