Strategic Communications Support activities include reviewing and updating language to reflect HFE focus in Q1, facilitating payment of and project management of all in-field content collection in Q3, facilitating training courses for virtual and in-person meetings in Q2, and supporting quarterly data and deciphering the numbers for public consumption in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4. Strategic Communications Support also involves translations of all collateral in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, social media concept and planning support in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, management of media tracking services in Q3, and managing, tracking, and renewing subscriptions in Q2. Additionally, facilitating payment options for social media, sourcing credible and affordable vendors for production and engagement, developing bespoke presentations for the coordinator, and supporting website design and copy edits are ongoing tasks. Written and Visual Communication Support activities include refreshing fact sheets and developing new fact sheets to support client goals in Q1 and Q3, updating all collateral reflecting results quarterly in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, blog edits with a minimum of three per month in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, design support in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, photography support in Q2 and Q4, video editing support in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, and HFE and GDA updates on all relevant collateral in Q2 and Q3. Written and Visual Communication Support also involves annual report/summary of yearly achievements in Q2 and Q3, website content support in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, infographics in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, animation support in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, preparing 10-year anniversary collateral in Q2 and Q3, creating templates and editable documents for EST time zone in Q3, refreshing spark toolkit in Q3, and supporting short-fuse tasks as needed in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4. Support for the Power Africa Communication Network involves updating shared folders and circulating updated templates to task orders in Q2 and Q3, updating regional fact sheets in collaboration with task orders in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, analysis of Power Africa quarterly data in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, updating the communications contact list across IPs in Q2, and creating newsletters in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4. Events Management Support activities include supporting potential White House events in Q1, supporting Partners Day/Week in Q2, supporting Powering Africa summit in Q2, communications team retreat in Q2, supporting GOGLA in Q1, supporting AEF in Q4, supporting Enlit in Q4, and supporting COP 27 in Q1. Additionally, registering delegates for all events, both virtual and in-person, as needed, refreshing banners and event collateral to reflect updated language, and purchasing events collateral are ongoing tasks. Procure Physical Materials in Support of Communications Events and Activities involves printing banners in Q2, printing postcards in Q2, conference registration fees in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, purchasing pins in Q3, purchasing accommodation and travel when needed in Q3 and Q4, printing factsheets in Q3 and Q4, printing partners brochures in Q3 and Q4, printing regional one-pagers in Q3 and Q4, and printing annual reports as needed in Q3 and Q4.
