Abstract
The initiative aims to consolidate and implement the model, with a focus on the Dirección General de Jubilaciones y Pensiones (DGJP). The implementation process involves the application of technical instruments for the management of organizational structure and job administration. The methodology for the implementation involves the analysis of workload required by processes and their corresponding procedures, as well as the description of activities, responsibilities, and workload corresponding to each type of job. The analysis of the structure of the DGJP has been initiated, and the necessary modifications have been agreed upon with the technical team of the DMI. The planilla excel used for the application of the Instrumento Matriz CPT-P - Análisis de la Carga de Trabajo (ACT) in the DGJP includes data on the 70 officials of the DGJP, including their real function, CEO, CPT-G, and CPT-E. The planilla also includes the TOTAL Carga de Trabajo por Puesto, as well as the denominación of the Macroprocesos, Procesos, Procedimientos, and Products generated by the same. The Modelo del Instrumento DVPI in its improved version, along with the Diccionario de Competencias and the Guía de uso del instrumento de la DVPI, has been agreed upon with the DACHC. The Guía de uso de las herramientas de Administración de Estructura has been updated, and the need to include institutional criteria for the valuation has been identified. The experience developed with the DGJP will serve as a basis for defining these issues. In total, 9 meetings and workshops have been held with the contrapartes of the DGJP, with the participation of the analysts of the DMI and the DACHC. The meetings have focused on the presentation of the borrador del Diccionario de Competencias del MH, the revision and recommendation of the DVPI, and the proposal of a plan of work for the correct loading of data in the planilla.
