Abstract
The project also supported counties in documenting and disseminating various information products for learning. In Baringo County, the project supported the health department in finalizing the sector working group report for budget advocacy and resource advocacy. The project initiated the development of the Annual Work Plan (AWP 2021/22) and provided technical support to the national AIDS Control Council to draft the County AIDS Implementation Plan 2021-2025. In Baringo County, the project conducted a CPIMS mentorship in Eldama Ravine sub-county to improve the proficiency of children's officers in using CPIMS, data analysis, and presentation. The county convened the M&E and technical working groups, where actions were taken to improve programming through data use. The project also strengthened county outcome measurement processes through mentorship to health workers who identified outcome priority, conducted, and conducted data analysis. In Busia County, the project supported the health department in developing a health financing fact sheet and a malaria fact sheet. The project also conducted a malaria fact sheet for Homa Bay County, which showed a significant decrease in malaria incidence. In Kisumu County, the project supported the health department in developing an outpatient confirmed malaria fact sheet and a testing rate fact sheet. The project also conducted a performance review for the county, which showed a significant improvement in malaria incidence.
