Abstract
The program is located in the municipality of San José del Fragua, in the Caquetá department, in the eastern part of the Parque Nacional Nacional AFIW. The area is located in the sector Fragua Chorroso, on the left bank of the Fragua Chorroso River, and has a range of altitudes from 319 m.s.n.m. to 900 m.s.n.m. The area is characterized by dense rainforest and pastures, with a total area of 5,817 hectares. The area has undergone significant changes, with areas of forest being cleared for agriculture and small relict forests remaining. However, the presence of the Parque Nacional Nacional AFIW has helped to conserve the natural coverage. The main ecosystems present in the area are dense rainforest and pastures. The CORDESPA program aims to support the local communities in constructing their own community monitoring program. The program aims to promote the participation of local communities in the management of natural resources and to promote sustainable development. The plan of formation aims to provide knowledge and skills to the participants to enable them to develop, recognize, interpret, and explain the environment. The plan of fortification of local capacities is based on the following principles: the participation of local communities, the generation of capacities, and the promotion of sustainable development. The plan aims to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to the participants to enable them to develop and implement sustainable practices. The program considers the generation of capacities as a fundamental aspect of the plan. The plan aims to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to the participants to enable them to develop and implement sustainable practices. The plan also aims to promote the participation of local communities in the management of natural resources. The plan of fortification of local capacities is structured around the following components: the introduction, the context, the methodology, the contents, the institutional articulation, and the implementation plan. The implementation plan is divided into three phases: the first phase focuses on the training of the monitors, the second phase focuses on the implementation of the monitoring program, and the third phase focuses on the evaluation of the results. The plan of fortification of local capacities is based on the following strategies: the training of the monitors, the training of the community members, the training of the local authorities, and the training of the local organizations. The plan also includes the development of a plan of action, the establishment of a monitoring system, and the evaluation of the results. The plan of fortification of local capacities aims to promote the sustainable development of the area, the conservation of the natural resources, and the improvement of the quality of life of the local communities.
