Abstract
The program is based on four pillars: Infrastructure and Energy, Food and Economic Security, Health and Other Basic Services, and Governance and Rule of Law. The OIEE directly supports USAID/Haiti's development objectives in areas such as health, education, agriculture, economic growth, and democracy and governance. The program is implemented by AECOM, a team of full-time and short-term architects, engineers, and specialized technical experts based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and in AECOM offices throughout the United States. The program has a five-year duration and a total value of $22,822,798. As of August 2019, the obligated funds to date are $3,907,079.50. The program is authorized under USAID Haiti contract number AID-OAA-I-15-000045, task order number 72052118F00004. AECOM will notify USAID when incurred costs under this task order exceed 75 percent of the obligated funds. In August 2019, AECOM proactively notified USAID of this near-term condition. The program is implemented with support from subcontractors HS&BR, Garda World, Miyamoto International, Iris Group, WI-HER, and Ethan Myer.
