Abstract
The program's goal is to contribute to a stable and economically viable Haiti by addressing the country's infrastructure and energy needs. The program is based on four pillars: Infrastructure and Energy, Food and Economic Security, Health and Other Basic Services, and Governance and Rule of Law. The program provides OIEE with immediate access to a team of full-time and short-term architects, engineers, and specialized technical experts based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and in AECOM offices throughout the United States. The contract was issued on February 28, 2018, and was officially modified to the Haiti Infrastructure Program on April 24, 2018. The program is implemented by AECOM with support from subcontractors HS&BR, Garda World, Miyamoto International, Iris Group, WI-HER, and Ethan Myer.
