Abstract
The program is authorized under contract no. AID-OAA-I-15-000045, task order no. 72052118F00004, with an overall contract value of $22,822,798. As of December 2018, $3,826,669.09 in obligated funds had been incurred for program start-up and delivery. The program's objective is to support USAID/Haiti's development objectives relating to health, education, agriculture, economic growth, and democracy and governance. AECOM provides architectural, engineering, and specialized technical support to the USAID/Haiti Office of Infrastructure, Engineering, and Energy (OIEE). The program is implemented with support from subcontractors HS&BR, Garda World, Miyamoto International, Iris Group, WI-HER, and Ethan Myer. Key program activities during the reporting period include generalized activities, such as program administrative and staffing development. AECOM is currently providing services under the Year 1 Work Plan approved on 28 September 2018. The Work Approval Form (WAF) process, established earlier in the program, continues to be maintained by USAID for collecting clear and concise direction and scopes of work from USAID's OIEE mission clients. Specific tasks defined in the scope of work, including HUEH construction quality assurance services and program management services, were ongoing during the month. A WAF was approved by USAID this month for Task 03-02 Renovation of Hurricane Matthew - Hinche, which initiated the review of clinics submittals. USAID later clarified that only specific submittals would be reviewed by AECOM, while the rest would be handled by the Hurricane Matthew Projects COR (Josue Noel). The program's financial status is summarized in the Program Finance section, which provides a snapshot of the financial status of the project. The program is implemented over a five-year period, with funds earmarked and tracked for use in specific sectors, such as WASH, Housing, or Agriculture.
